Please include the app version, iOS version, and the safe request ID shown by the app when available. Do not email screenshots containing private route geometry, passwords, access tokens, Apple Health exports, or recovery codes.
Common checks
- Health import: Settings > Privacy & Security > Health > City Bikeline.
- Location: Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services.
- Apple sign-in: Settings > your name > Sign in with Apple.
- Google sign-in: Google Account > Security > Your connections to third-party apps & services.
